We’ll schedule a quick call to chat through your plans. It’s a chance for you to tell us all about your vision, and for us to ask the right questions to make it happen. With 20+ years of hospitality experience between us, we’ll cover everything — even the things you haven’t thought of yet. Not sure where to start? No problem — we’ll guide you.

After our chat, we’ll create a detailed, custom estimate based on your event. This includes our booking and admin fee, cocktail ingredients, bar equipment, and staff costs. Need us to handle glassware or bar hire? We’ve got it covered. You’ll receive a clear, itemised quote by email — and we’re always here to answer any questions.

Once you're happy with the estimate, we’ll issue an invoice for a 50% deposit (plus any ingredient or stock costs). Payment locks in your date and confirms your booking. From there, we liaise directly with your event planner, caterer, and suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly. With logistics handled, it's time to focus on the fun part: cocktails.

We’ll send you our seasonal cocktail list featuring our most popular and crowd-pleasing serves. Got favourite drinks already in mind? Just say the word. We can also arrange a private tasting at our HQ if you’d like to sample a few options before the big day.

From ingredient sourcing and stock planning to coordinating with your event team — we’ve got the drinks side fully covered.
We supply quality wines, beers, and custom menus, and can even provide our stylish, portable event bars to suit your setting.
We’ll stay in close contact in the lead-up to the event to make sure everything is just right. -
