From 20 guests to 500, we provide full bar solutions, equipment and staff. Cocktails and drinks on offer are hand crafted by our expert team, we can serve a selection of classic cocktails or create a bespoke drinks unique to your event.

1. Dream it
It starts with an idea—whether a wedding, birthday, product launch, or corporate event. Maxfield & Dyer craft bespoke, high-end cocktail experiences. Since 2018, we’ve served thousands of cocktails, bringing expertise and seamless bar solutions to make your vision a reality.
2. Get in
touch
Contact us via email, message, phone, or our website form. Share your event details—type, date, guest count, and ideas. Feel free to overshare, the more details we have the easier the next steps are. No request is too big or small! We respond within 48 hours.
3. Talk to us
We’ll get in touch to schedule a quick call to discuss your event or book in a time on our calendar. We want to hear all your cocktail bar ideas and will go through some logistical questions. With 20+ years of bartending and hospitality experience, we handle every detail—if you’re unsure, not to worry, we’re here to help!
4. our Estimate
After our call, we'll prepare a customised estimate based on your event needs. The quote covers our booking, admin fee, cocktail bar equipment, bar staff costs, cocktail ingredients. If you need us to, we’ll also organise glassware and bar hire if required. We'll then email you an itemised quote and are always available for any questions you might have.
6. choose your menu
We’ll send over our seasonal cocktail list with our favourite and most popular options for you to choose from, but are more than happy to serve up your favourite drinks if you know what you like! We can schedule a tasting at our HQ if you fancy getting to know your drinks before the big day.
5. book with
us
Once you approve the estimate, we send an invoice with a 50% deposit plus any ingredient or stock costs. Payment confirms your booking, secures bar services, and locks in the date. We then coordinate with your event organiser, caterer, and suppliers for all logistics, handling everything for you. Right, now that the logistics are settled, let’s focus on cocktails!
7. be prepared
We’ll handle all things drinks—from sourcing premium ingredients and glassware to coordinating with your event organiser. We stock bars with quality wines and beers, design bespoke menus, and collaborate on visuals. Ask about our stylish, functional portable event bars, ideal for any setting. We’ll keep in touch leading up to the event ensuring everything is ready for the day.
8. the event day
Your event is here—relax and enjoy! We’ve handled all prep and will arrive on time to set up. The bar will be ready for your guests with expertly crafted cocktails served throughout. We’ll serve until the end and can stay longer if needed. When closing, we’ll set up a self-service bar if desired, pack up glassware, sort recycling, and leave the venue spotless.
