Promotion Name: Champagne Referral

By participating in the Champagne Referral Promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in the UK.
Referrers must follow @maxfieldanddyer on Instagram or be subscribed to our newsletter at the time of referral.
Referrals must be new clients who have not previously booked or inquired with Maxfield & Dyer.

2. How to Qualify for the Reward

To qualify, the referred person must:
- Mention the referrer’s full name during their initial inquiry, OR
- The referrer must email or message Maxfield & Dyer with the full name of the person they are referring.
A bottle of champagne will be awarded only after the referred event is booked and the deposit has been paid in full.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.

3. Reward Details

The reward is one (1) standard 750ml bottle of champagne per successful referral.
Champagne brand may vary and is selected at the discretion of Maxfield & Dyer.
The reward will be sent via post or delivered locally within 30 days of the referred client’s booking confirmation and deposit receipt.
Maxfield & Dyer reserves the right to substitute the reward for an item of equal or greater value in the event of supply issues.

4. General Conditions

Promotion is valid for bookings made from 16th August 2025 until 31st December 2026.
Promotion is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
No cash alternative is available.
Maxfield & Dyer reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be abusing the referral system or providing false information.
